Did I get scammed?

Feature Request

I just paid for the subscription, and upon putting in my prompts and asking for 4 pages, it spat out 7 paragraphs that were each ONE SENTENCE LONG. I have tried multiple times to change the prompts and wording to make it work, but it just won't. If this service isn't going to work then I'm getting a refund.

Hi, you asked to generate an essay and received a text of 793 words (incl references). Besides you emailed us referencing to a competitor brand name and not our tool. No problem, your refund is being issued.
