I want to cancel my subscription and take my refund

Hi, I made my  subscription to your application  on 2 November 2023. But, my research topics are mostly in Turkish and unfortunately your application is not useful and productive for research in Turkish. So, I wish to cancel my subscription and request a refund.

 In your refund policy it is written that: 'If you cancel your monthly subscription within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. This rule may not apply in case you have used all your credits before asking a refund. '  

So my subscription was on 2 November 2023 and I have not used 95% of my credits. So,  I wish to cancel my subscription within the first 7 days and I ask for a refund. Can you cancel my subscription and so I may take my refund.I made my  subscription to your application  on 2 November 2023. So, I wish to cancel my subscription and request a refund.
